Akhiyan nu rehn de is punjabi folk song that has been sung by a lot of singers over the time. Lata Mangeshkar has also sung the song with lyrics as Ankhiyon ko rahne de, but here i share the original folk in the voice of Lambi Judai fame Pakistani singer Reshma. This version was sung for the album Lok Virsa. There is a yearning in her voice which touches the heart to the core and that is the usp of her. She has sung the song in a pure folk song style.
