"Hazaaron khwahishen aisi" is one of the most soft and soothing ghazals sung by Jagjit Singh. The superb poetry of Mirza Ghalib plus the velvet voice of Jagjit Singh make a mesmerizing effect on listeners. Though the song has been sung by a lot of singers and even Jagjit Singh himself has sung it a lot of times but this one is perhaps the best version of the song as well the best performance of Jagjit Singh.
