Lyrics:

Lukk - chipp na javo ji, manney deed karavo ji
Are kyun tarsavey ho, manney sakal dikhavo ji
Thaari saraarat sabb jaanu main chaudhari
Mahaarey se levo na pangaaji main kehan lagi

Mahaarey hivdhey mein jaagi dhaunkani
Rae chandaa main thaari chandni
Maney daaman mein baandhi khusi
Rae jhoom, jhoom, Jhoom jhoom baa jhoom!

Moh re liya tanney aesa khela daav
Khaavey hichkoley mahaarey mann ki naav
Moh re liya tanney aesa khela daav
Khaavey hichkoley mahaarey mann ki naav
Thaari saraarat sabb jaanu main chaudhari
Mahaarey se levo na panga ji main kehan lagi

Mahaarey hivdhey mein jaagi dhaunkani
Rae chandaa main thaari chandni
Maney daaman mein baandhi khusi
Rae jhoom, jhoom, Jhoom jhoom baa jhoom!

Daal - bhaati khale aakey mahaarey gaanv
Ghannaa ghera dala thara chokhaa chadhaa chaav
Thaari saraarat sabb jaanu main chaudhari
Mahaarey se levo na panga ji main kehan lagi

Mahaarey hivdhey mein jaagi dhaunkani
Re chandaa main thaari chandni
Maney daaman mein baandhi khusi
Rae jhoom, jhoom, Jhoom jhoom baa jhoom!

    1. Sorry for the delay in reply. 'Dhaunkani' (Bellows) is a device with an air bag that emits a stream of air when squeezed together with two handles, used for blowing air into a fire by blacksmith & goldsmith. Here in this song the meaning of the line "Maaharey Hiwda Mein Jagi Dhaukani" is "In my heart there arose a heart-beat".

    2. Dhokani is old traditional device used by blacksmith to blow air in furnace (Bhati) With pressure. Perhaps here its meaning is fast moment of breath. (Sanso ka tez chalna)

  3. Her here dhoukni is used as simile of irregular heartbeat due romantic emotions are throbbing for the beloved. The emotions are heaving in the heart that like black Smith heat raising pipe ( dhoukni)
